Delivery
BROSSIER SADERNE offers several delivery options depending on the nature of your order.
Available delivery methods
Home delivery
- Available for most orders, depending on the weight, size and characteristics of the product.
- Delivery by specialist carrier : For bulky, oversized or fragile products requiring specific handling.
- According eligibility, Delivery to a pick-up point (relay). Available for selected products. The pick-up point is chosen during the checkout process.
Delivery times
Indicative delivery times are displayed on each product page and automatically updated in your basket according to the selected products, quantities, finishes and options chosen.
Delivery times are then confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on the weight, size, destination country and selected delivery method.
All delivery charges are clearly displayed in your basket before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees or additional costs upon delivery.
Payment methods
You can pay for your order securely using the following payment methods.
Credit / Debit card
Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard.
Secure online payment via an encrypted SSL payment platform.
Pay in 3 or 4 instalments with Alma
Payment in 3 or 4 instalments is subject to eligibility, the minimum purchase amount indicated on the website, and availability of the service in selected countries.

Bank transfer
After placing your order with this payment method, you will receive an email confirming the exact amount to be paid, the bank details required and the order reference to be quoted.
The order will only be prepared and dispatched once payment has been received.
If payment is not received within fifteen (15) days, the order may be cancelled.
Any bank transfer fees remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Returns & right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, except for customised or made-to-order products.

Return of products
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, complete and suitable for resale as new.
Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of notifying your decision to withdraw.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless the return is due to an error or non-conformity attributable to BROSSIER SADERNE.
Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within fourteen (14) days, subject to validation of the returned products.
Warranty & after-sales service
2-year technical warranty
All BROSSIER SADERNE products benefit from a two (2) year technical warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies provided that the product has been installed in accordance with professional standards and manufacturer instructions and used under normal conditions.
The warranty does not cover defects known at the time of purchase, defects resulting from materials supplied by the Customer, or damage caused by improper installation, misuse or normal wear and tear.
After-sales service & non-conformity
In the event of a non-conforming product or delivery error, BROSSIER SADERNE will organise the return and proceed, as appropriate, with a replacement or refund.
